Train for your first 5 km thanks to a Running with Evy subscription or use the free basic app with GPS tracking.
All you have to do is tie your shoelaces. Follow the instructions of Coach Evy Gruyaert and before you know it, you too will be running 5 km in one go.
We start the first lesson with 1 to 2 minutes of jogging alternated with 1 to 2 minutes of walking. Your first lessons last 20 minutes and gradually build up to a maximum of 40 minutes in the first schedule.

25 TRAINING SCHEDULES
We are ready to guide you to (your first) 5 km, 10 km, 10 miles or perhaps even a (half) marathon. We make sure you reach your goal. The training schedules in the app have been drawn up by experienced sports coaches at Energy Lab. Choose the schedule that suits you, and coach Evy will tell you when you can speed up or slow down. Following a schedule helps you to build up responsibly, which reduces your risk of injuries. The extra tips you will receive during the training will help you improve your running posture and make the right choices in terms of food & drinks before, during and after your training. Coach Evy is your personal trainer, your digital running friend who is always ready to train together.
